APPLICATION

Product

description

Aqueous resin, bridge connecting for cement mortars on porous and non-porous supports,

such as mortar, concrete, anhydrite floors, tiles, “terrazo”, marble, stoneware… High water

resistance.

Surface

preparation

The supports must be firm, clean and without dirt. It must be mechanically removed any

contaminant that would prevent from the proper adhesion of the primer to the support.

We advise to prepare the support by milling system, blasting or diamond. It is not

recommended the preparation by sanding system.

Conservation

Storage into the original package, closed and avoiding direct sunlight. The product has at

least 1 year life. Although it does not have dregs at rest, it is essential to shake the product

before their application. Product sensitive to freezing.

Consumption 150-250 gr/m².

Use

Absorbent supports (mortar, concrete, plaster, self-levelings...): Apply the first coat with a

brush diluting 1 part of P541 with 2 parts of water. According to the support absorption,

apply a second coat with the same dilution, or without diluting you want to put a

reinforcement mesh with the same primer. Non-absrobent supports (tile, pottery, “terrazo”,

marble…): Apply one or two coats with brush without diluting. If you can also put a

reinforcement mesh. Do not apply on damp and wet supports.

Good alkalin resistance.

Application

conditions

Application temperature between 5⁰C and 35⁰C. Rying time: 2-4 hours.

Clean tools before primer dries.

Dry 2-4 hours.

Cleaning After using the tools should be cleaned immediately with water.

Cautions

Use resistant protective chemicals gloves. Wear safety glasses with side protection (with

frame). Wash hands and / or face before breaks and after to finish work .Avoid contact with

the eyes and skin. Use personal protection clothes. Consult the Safety Technical Datasheet.
