Shipping policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours (except during Holidays), however, an order may be delayed depending on quantity ordered and our inventory.
Shipping options and delivery timelines
We offer various shipping options. During the winter November/March 3 day shipping is essential for water based and wet goods. If you require the goods in a rapid pace, we suggest you let us know by phone so we can charge you accordingly to fit the shipping needs.
Carriers
Orders are shipped with various carriers depending on size and location of client.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided as requested by the customer
Lost packages - Delayed deliveries
If by chance the shipping company, i.e. FedEx UPS, DHL etc. miss handles or temporarily lose the package or cause delays. We will give the shipping company 7 days to do a trace to locate the missing package before a replacement order can be discussed. We have been very proactive with trying to help our customers out in replacing their order quickly. Unfortunately, we can no longer do so due to the costs involved.
If you would like to pay for a new order to be sent immediately, and when/if the other order does arrive, you either have the option of shipping it back or keeping it. We would at that point provide you a shipping return label as a courtesy. When the order is returned and has arrived to our warehouse, we will credit you back the items.
In some instances, the customer will need to file the claim with the shipping company in order to process the insurance.
We have had too many instances where the packages have been lost and not delivered. A replacement is sent immediately, then the original order has arrived a few days later. Then the replacement order is never returned, and we are out a duplicate order.
